Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 20 April 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BudgetForYou website and your purchase and use of our digital products.

By accessing our website or purchasing a product from us, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our website or purchase our products.

1. Who We Are

This website is operated by PK Accounting Advisory Limited, trading as BudgetForYou ("we", "us", "our").

Contact email: info@budgetforyou.online
Business address: Ashleigh House, JFK Road, Dublin 12, Ireland

2. About Our Products

We sell digital products only, including downloadable Excel templates for personal, professional, or internal business use.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • all products are supplied in digital format only

  • no physical goods will be shipped

  • the product description on our website forms part of these Terms

We aim to describe our products accurately and clearly. However, you are responsible for checking that a product is suitable for your intended use before purchasing.

3. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You may purchase our products only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

You agree not to use our website or products:

  • for any unlawful purpose

  • in a way that infringes intellectual property rights

  • in a way that could damage, disable, or interfere with our website, systems, or business

  • to copy, distribute, resell, sublicense, or exploit our products except as expressly permitted by these Terms

4. Orders and Contract Formation

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a digital product from us.

A contract is formed when we accept your order and make the digital product available to you for download, access, or delivery by email or other electronic means.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order before acceptance where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • there is an obvious pricing or description error

  • payment is not authorised or cannot be completed

  • we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, or unauthorised activity

  • the product is unavailable for technical or operational reasons

If we cancel an order before the contract is formed and payment has already been taken, we will refund the amount paid.

5. Price and Payment

All prices are displayed as shown on our website at the time of purchase.

You are responsible for any taxes, charges, or fees that apply to your purchase, except where applicable law requires otherwise or where tax is already included in the displayed price.

Payment must be made in full before access to the digital product is provided.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details on our own systems.

6. Delivery of Digital Products

After successful payment, we will normally provide the product by immediate download, account access, email delivery, or another electronic method described at checkout.

You are responsible for:

  • providing accurate contact and payment details

  • checking your spam or junk folder where delivery is by email

  • downloading and safely storing your purchased files where relevant

  • ensuring that you have compatible software and a suitable device to use the product, including a version of Microsoft Excel or compatible spreadsheet software that supports the product features described on the product page

Delivery times are estimates only unless we expressly state otherwise.

7. Consumer Right to Cancel and Digital Content

If you are a consumer purchasing at a distance, you may in some cases have a legal right to cancel within 14 days.

However, where the contract is for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, and you expressly request that supply begins during the cancellation period and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once supply begins, your cancellation right will be lost once the digital content is made available.

By placing an order for immediate access to a digital product, you expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that, where applicable, you lose any statutory right to cancel once delivery begins.

This clause applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Refunds and Remedies

Because our products are digital products supplied electronically, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, mistaken purchases, failure to read the product description, or failure to use or download the product after delivery, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

If a product is faulty, not as described, inaccessible due to a file issue caused by us, or otherwise not supplied in conformity with the contract, please contact us at info@budgetforyou.online. Where required by law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include:

  • repair or replacement

  • a price reduction

  • termination of the contract and a refund

If you experience a technical delivery issue, you must contact us within a reasonable time and provide enough information for us to investigate and assist.

9. Licence and Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our website and products, including all Excel templates, formulas, layout, branding, graphics, text, and downloadable content, are owned by us or licensed to us.

When you purchase a product, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use the product for your own personal use or your own internal business use, subject to these Terms.

Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, you may not:

  • resell, redistribute, sublicense, gift, or share the product with third parties

  • upload the files to any marketplace, shared drive, membership site, or public platform

  • copy our products for commercial distribution

  • claim the product as your own work

  • remove copyright, branding, or proprietary notices

  • use the product in a way that infringes our intellectual property rights

We reserve all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

10. Permitted Modifications

You may adapt or customise a purchased template for your own personal use or your own internal business use.

However, you may not sell, license, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any modified version of our product or any part of it as a standalone file, template, or competing product.

11. Product Use and Professional Responsibility

Our templates are practical organisational and financial tools only.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, our products:

  • do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice

  • are not tailored to your personal circumstances

  • are not guaranteed to meet regulatory requirements in every country, industry, or use case

You are solely responsible for reviewing and determining whether a product is suitable for your own needs and for ensuring that your actual use of the product complies with applicable laws, regulations, tax rules, accounting standards, and internal business requirements.

12. Website Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, withdraw, or change any part of our website, products, prices, descriptions, or services at any time.

We do not guarantee that our website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may make changes to our digital products after purchase where reasonably necessary, including to fix bugs, improve functionality, or update content. Any such change will not remove the core functionality of a product that has already been purchased, except where this is necessary for legal, security, or technical reasons.

13. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our website and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that:

  • the website or any product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from all compatibility issues

  • the use of any template will produce any particular financial, commercial, tax, or business result

  • any product will be suitable for a specific purpose not clearly stated in the product description

Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence

  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • any breach of rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law

If you are a consumer, these Terms do not affect your mandatory statutory rights.

If you are using our products for business purposes, then to the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss

  • we will not be liable for loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption

  • our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any product or these Terms will not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the relevant product giving rise to the claim

15. Your Account and Security

If any part of our website allows account creation or login access, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out under your account, unless caused by our fault.

You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

16. Prohibited Resale and Enforcement

Any unauthorised copying, sharing, resale, distribution, or commercial exploitation of our products is a material breach of these Terms and may result in suspension of access, cancellation of licences, legal action, or other remedies available to us.

17. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal data.

18. Complaints and Support

If you have a support issue, delivery problem, or complaint, please contact us at info@budgetforyou.online and provide sufficient details so that we can review the matter.

We will try to deal with genuine complaints fairly and within a reasonable time.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.

If you are a consumer, this governing law clause does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply under the law of your country of residence where such rights cannot be excluded by agreement.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remainder of the Terms will remain in full force and effect.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any product description, checkout information, and any policies expressly incorporated by reference, form the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the purchase and use of our digital products.
